ZATCA Announces 22nd Group for E-Invoicing Integration

Saudi Arabia’s Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has announced the 22nd set of companies selected for the second stage of the national e-invoicing rollout, known as the “Connect and Integrate” phase. This group includes businesses with VAT earnings above 1 million SAR in 2022, 2023, or 2024.
ZATCA will officially contact these organizations to begin aligning their e-invoicing systems with the Fatura platform by December 31, 2025. The upcoming phase introduces new technical requirements, including a standardized invoice format and expanded content. This builds on the initial rollout, launched in December 2021, continuing the Kingdom’s efforts to digitize taxation and strengthen consumer protection.
